What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter offers an experienced crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. Certain charters, such as sunset voyages, may include premium non-alcoholic drinks and small bites, and corporate charters may provide meeting facilities and tailored catering services.
When should I make a reservation?
To secure availability, it's advised to book 2–3 weeks prior, or longer for busy periods (May–September). For corporate functions or private festivities, reserving 4–6 weeks in advance is preferred to allow for more customization options.
What is the procedure for bad weather conditions?
Our priority is your safety. In case of unfavorable weather as decided by our skipper, options include rescheduling or a complete refund. Weather forecasts are monitored, and we will inform you 24 hours prior if the outlook is uncertain.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, feel free to bring your own refreshments. We also have exceptional catering options available and can create custom menus to suit your palate. Do note that for safety, glass containers are not allowed onboard.
Do you accommodate guests with limited mobility?
Accommodating every guest is our goal. While some vessels are more equipped for accessibility, contact us with your requirements so we can suggest the most appropriate yacht and make any needed preparations.
What's your policy for cancellations?
If you cancel more than 72 hours before sailing, a full refund is issued. For cancellations made 24–72 hours before, you'll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours before departure are non-refundable except in cases of bad weather or mechanical issues at our end.
